Self Hypnosis Weightloss

A good hypnotherapist, one that really cares about your results, will be more than happy, and will actually consider it absolutely necessary that you yourself learn the art of self hypnosis or self hypnotism.

So, once you learn to enter a truly self-hypnotic state, it is vitally important that you learn and use positive, inspiring scripts in order to change, and actually modify your behaviors in this area of weightloss in a positive way.

Dieting is really an unatural and negative approach, as in reality most people regardless of them feeling that the only solution is to diet, absolutely hate it. It also sends the body into a fat retention mode. Hypnosis, as an alternative, is a much more direct and positive approach, and one that truly deserves an honest go before you decide it can’t be that easy.

It may of course take a little while to learn the process and scripts, but once it has been learned, it becomes easier and easier, and can really be well-worth the effort you have put in. Start with well planned and proven to be effective scripts, and use them as consistently as the hypnotherapist has suggested.

It won’t be very long before you are capable of doing it without the aid of the scripts. it is important whaen starting, and on an ongoing basis, that you learn and/or write down positive, uplifting and empowering statements that you know will help you, and that you have been taught.

There are a number of factors that contribute to your effectiveness in your goal for weight loss, many you will surely already be fully aware of.

The first step is always to become conscious of how you feel, and remind yourself to check in with how your stomach feels before eating. Consciously get in the habit of telling yourself that each time you are about to eat, you will address your stomach and question if it is actually hungry. If you are genuinely hungry, you will be able to ask yourself what you can eat that is healthy, what is available to you, and that will make you feel better. Of course you need to listen to what comes up.

If your stomach appears not to be hungry, you could actually find something else to do to basically take the mind off indulging in the feeling of psychological hunger. Choose an exercise or give your attention to something that’s easy to accomplish wherever you are because you don’t want to have to run out to the gymnasium each and every time you feel the urge to eat when you are not actually hungry. Walk on the treadmill, do some sit-ups, or drink some water instead.

Build these type of suggestions into your session of self hypnosis. Or, you could also build in the suggestion that when you feel hungry you should dust or vacuum or dance. It is all up to what works for you, as as you learn self-hypnosis for weightloss, you can vary it with each session. It will be easy once you get the knack of how this all works together.

The second step will be to adjust your metabolism by raising it as often as you can. Just as you can train your body to go into a state of self hypnosis, that same skill can train your body to increase your metabolism in order to lose weight. Picture yourself on an exilerating  roller-coaster ride. You start out slowly picking up speed, back and forth, side to side. The freedom is wonderful, the floating feeling you get at the peaks is fabulous and you can hardly even feel the seat under you as you go faster and faster, higher and and higher. Concentrate on going up the hill to the exciting bit, and as you do so, think about how the upwards direction represents your metabolism. Each time you are on the upward part of the track, think about your metabolism increasing. You want to be telling your sub-conscious mind to safely increase your metabolism, increase it to a level that will allow you to attain the slim, lithe, healthy body that you want and deserve. As with all hypnotherapy, hypnotism and hypnotic suggestions, you will repeat this as many times as required, telling your subconscious mind to set your metabolism to the safest yet highest level in order to burn off fat and many calories, and therefore losing weight to become the healthy individual that you wish to be.

Now that you have caused your metabolism to increase to much more healthy level, your body needs water to wash out the toxins, which the fat cells release with the fat. You should suggest to your self that your body craves a lot of water; wonderful, life-giving, refreshing and cool, clear, clean bottled water (yes, spring water is best as there are toxins in the tap water, and there is no point replacing one toxin for another).

During your hypnotic suggestion time, tell yourself how water will flush the cellulite, and the excess fat, out of your system. Of course leading you to a much healthier and happier you. Make the clear suggestion that you recognise that each time you go to the bathroom/toilet, that the water is working to eliminate and clear that excess weight and cellulite that you no longer need to carry around in your temple. Visualise and experience with imagination how good clean fresh water tastes, and the healthy benefits associated with it. However, be mindful not be suggesting that you endlessly crave water. Be careful how this suggestion is worded and implemented. You just want your body to crave a certain amount of water each day, and to replace eating with drinking water where you can, and you want your subconscious mind to know how much more healthy it is to drink water, instead of eating when you are psychologically hungry and not truly hungry.

As you continue to use self-hypnosis for weight loss, use each hypnosis session to learn to breathe consciously and deeply, and to be fully aware of your breathing. Then, visualise the out breath doing so and use that out breath to expel those things that you perceive as negative in your life. Many people will recognise that there is something in their life that triggers specific eating behaviours, and using your breath to expel these negative aspects during your sessions will help you to overcome your negative associations to these needy behaviours. At the same time, using the inhaling of air as a way to absorb positive vibes and energy, can enable you to be even more successful at your weight loss, or even giving up smoking etc.

Read what you can about healthy weight loss and eating the right foods in a supportive way, and incorporate inspiring positive suggestions into your sessions. That way you can train your sub-conscious mind to take care of your body without you having to give it any conscious attention at all. You can `adjust your metabolism and even your hormone levels if you do it correctly. Using the techniques i teach in my course, you can consistently encourage healthy, effortless daily behaviors that will lead to consistent but safe weight-loss.

In doing what you are taught, your sub-conscious mind will tell you that each time you make a healthy choice, you will feel a wonderful sense of self-respect and pride as well as accomplishment and self-esteem. And you can maintain your healthy weight by continuing with what got you to that weight in the first place. Just as people maintain their overweight status by continuing to indulge in what got them there in the first place… You can accomplish each and every part of this by learning the art of self-hypnosis to hypnotise yourself to lose weight.

Whether you start with a hypnotism or hypnosis professional, or you obtain training through an online self hypnosis for weightloss program or through a CD ordered through the mail, the results should be reasonably comparable; positive behavior modification that will lead to safe weightloss and weight maintenance. It certainly can’t hurt to try self-hypnosis anyway, unlike many of the weight loss remedies and drugs on the market.

It certainly won’t make a huge dent in your wallet or pocketbook like those so-called new wonder drugs will, not to mention the physical health risks they may bring with them. And it is also something that you can do for yourself, and which doesn’t even require you to go somewhere, or even leave the house if you don’t want to.

Of course, be fair and realistic and give yourself some time to learn the process and the scripts, and then allow a reasonable amount of time to accomplish your goals. And remember to generate a great sense of enjoyment for every decision you make that takes you closer to your goal of a slim and healthy body. And celebrate each glass of water you drink that helps each pound of fat to slowly dissolves and disappear. Good luck in your weight loss endeavours.
